Finding Christmas: God's Search for Us

4th Sunday of Advent 12.22.24.

In this homily I reflect on a memorable encounter with an elderly man, God's mercy, and the true essence of Christmas. Through the story of this man's life and his search for meaning, I remind us of God's enduring love and His search for us. Let's also look at Mary's journey to visit Elizabeth and how their faith and action reflect the spiritual preparedness we should have for Christmas. Find out how we can all embody radical love this Advent and show Christ's love in our actions. Let's pause, surrender, and rejoice in the birth of Jesus.
