Embracing the Battle: God’s Gift in Our Struggles

In this homily, I reflect on the struggles faced by a teen confiding his loneliness and feeling lost due to his faith in a public school. I connect his experience to the human condition marked by sin from the time of Adam and Eve. I emphasize the gift of Christmas – hope through Christ – who entered our world to give us strength in our spiritual battles. Highlighting the ongoing struggles we face at any age, I encourage humility and patience with ourselves, recognizing our sins and the grace of God that sustains us.
